I have been coming back to Mellow Mountain since 2019. It's a little gem. It's great value for money, everything is super relaxed and Sebastian is a great responsible owner. I never had any issues, but you feel that he's the kind of person who you can always talk to.

Staying in this hostel was a simply perfect experience! The common spaces are super comfy, the rooms & bathrooms are clean and spacious, the kitchen is very well equipped and SO clean (!) and the staff is exceptional! ✨
I felt at home from the very first second and extended my stay twice 😄
Also important to mention is that you have loads of hiking and outdoor activities everywhere around you, easy to access even without a car!
Make sure to stay here for a couple nights on your trip! Uh and the regional breakfast they offer for a fair price is a also a must!

Such a wonderful, calm and happy place. We came for a last minute ski trip from Germany and the hostel was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Love being able to cook own meals and share in a lovely lounge area.

Great hostel, nice vibe. Big leisure rooms, one with a view to die for. The bedrooms offer enough space and are really nice. Also the bathrooms!
Big room for skiing equipment.
And it has a sauna, a steam bath and a big relax room.
Wonderful hosts.
Bit crowed in the kitchen, only two electrical stove tops and one big sink. So if you really love to cook this is maybe not the best place to go. But that is the only downside.
Lord help this hostel when it goes viral which I believe one day it will. Located between a ton of major attractions but outside the crowd, this hostel is stunning. I had a private room with a balcony and a view of the valley. I was here during a heat wave and it all cooled down at night. Sebastian, the owner, went out of his way to help me with a few things. I also met some really great people here and the space was cozy. I hope to come back one day.
I loved this place, the environment was wonderful, the common areas are very comfortable and cozy and the kitchen is fully equipped, the staff's attention was also perfect and very friendly, I definitely recommend this place, I think it is the best quality-price of the area!
So class. As soon as you walk in, it doesn’t feel like a hostel at all. I loved sitting in the lounge, seeing the mountains from huge windows. It was so chill, facilities were all so new and modern. The owner is very considerate and trusting of his guests. It’s probably the only hostel (and the cheapest accommodation) available in the town, and also one of the best in the country I reckon.
